# Impact Analysis PM/GM

CodeBot now supports Impact Analysis PM/GM. This article will walk you through the process of generating the Impact Analysis PM/GM workbook.


1. On the dashboard, click on **Impact Analysis**, then select **Impact Analysis PM/GM.**

2. Navigate to your workspace and click on add new** iteration.**

3. Enter the** iteration number, workspace name, workspace iteration,** and **description**, then click **Submit**.

4. Once the iteration is successfully added, navigate to the action bar, click the hamburger menu, and select **Generate Workbook**.

5. **First Run – Prepare the sheet by checking the Prepare Sheet check box, then, s**elect **Confirm and Start** to generate required sheets and prepare data for comparison.

6. Monitor the execution by clicking on the **i icon **and wait until the status shows Complete.

7. Once complete, open the workbook and verify that the PM/GM data has been pulled successfully. From the **Source Templates** column drop-down, select the template to be used as the baseline. Then, in the **Compare To** column, choose the template you want to compare against the selected source template.

8. Back in CodeBot select **Generate Workbook** again from the hamburger menu.

9. **Select PM templates from the advance options** and Click **Confirm and Start** to begin the process.

10. Once the process is completed, open the workbook and navigate to the **PM Template, PM Permissions tabs** in the workbook. Here, you can review the template comparison results:

●     **Green** indicates the templates are successfully matched.
●     **Red** indicates that the templates do not match.

11. For any entries highlighted in red,** hover over** the field to view the **tool-tip**, which provides validation details explaining the differences.
