Impact Analysis ONB

This article will walk you through the process of generating the Impact Analysis ONB workbook.

1. On the dashboard, click on Impact Analysis, then select Impact Analysis ONB.

2. Enter into your workspace and click on add new iteration.

3. Enter the iteration number, workspace name, workspace iteration, and description, then click Submit.

4. Once the iteration is successfully created, click the hamburger menu, and select Prepare Sheet.

5. In the Prepare Sheet window, Log in using SSO if its implemented, if not, enter your SuccessFactors password, provide execution notes, check the Select All checkbox under Advanced Options, and click Confirm and Start, to begin the process.

6. Monitor the progress of the execution by clicking the (i) icon and wait until the status shows Complete.

7. Once the execution completes successfully, open the workbook and navigate through the tabs. You will see that the sheet has been prepared and the data has been pulled successfully, including tabs such as ONB Object Dependencies and Custom Object Dependencies.
