EP - User Info


  1. Navigate to CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors enter your login details.



  1. On the "Home screen" click on "Employee Profile" module tile.



  1. Navigate to the workspace from the next window.





  1. Open the workspace menu and open the 0365 workbook.



  1. Open the workbook and navigate to “User Info” tab.



  1. Make changes and set the status of the respective row to pending.



  1. Close the workbook, back in CodeBot select hamburger menu from actions menu. Enter your SuccessFactors password, execution notes, check the user info checkbox and click confirm and start.




  1. Once done, click the “i” icon to see the progress, execution logs and screenshots of execution when complete.



  1. Once complete open the workbook and notice that the changes are highlighted in green which means that changes are successfully pushed to the instance.




  1. Navigate to your SuccessFactors instance and make sure.
