# EC - Geozone

This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of automating Geozone configuration in SAP SuccessFactors using CodeBot.

## ${color}[#000000](Prerequisites)

* A valid CodeBot account.

* Access to the **EC (Employee Central)** module in CodeBot.

* SAP SuccessFactors credentials (password or SSO access).

## ${color}[#000000](Step 1: Access the EC Module in CodeBot)

1. Log in to your CodeBot account.
2. From the left-hand side menu or the dashboard, navigate to the **EC Module**.
3. You will be directed to the **Workspace** window.
4. Click on the relevant **Workspace**, then open the associated **Workbook**.
5. Navigate to the **Geozone** tab within the workbook.

## ${color}[#000000](Step 2: Add and Prepare Geozone Data)

1. Input the required Geozone data into the appropriate columns.
2. For legacy objects, ensure you set the **Status** field to **"Pending"** for at least 10 objects.

1. Close the workbook after saving your changes.
2. In CodeBot, click on the **hamburger menu** (☰) and select **"Start Configuration"**.

## ${color}[#000000](Step 4: Configure Execution Settings)

1. Enter your **SAP SuccessFactors password**.
*           If Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled, check the **"Login with SSO"** checkbox instead.
2. Fill in any **Execution Notes** (helpful for tracking).
3. Check the **"Geozone"** checkbox.
4. Click **Confirm and Start** to begin the process.

## ${color}[#000000](Step 5: Monitor the Execution)

1. Click on the **“i” icon** under the **actions menu** to monitor progress.
2. As the bot configures the Geozone data, you’ll see **screenshots and logs** populate in real-time.
3. Once complete, you’ll be notified within the interface.

## ${color}[#000000](Step 6: Verify the Results)

1. Reopen the workbook.
2. You will notice:
*     Changes are **highlighted in green**.
*     The **Status** of each object has changed to **"Processed"**.
3. Log in to your SAP SuccessFactors instance to validate the applied configurations.
