EC Benefits - Benefits Schedule

This knowledge base article will help you in adding Benefits Schedule **using **CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors.


Steps


  1. Login the CodeBot and navigate to the EC Benefits module tile




  1. Enter into your workspace and open the workbook to the Benefits Schedule tab.





  1. Here add a new Scehdule ID and Schedule name in column E and F, in column H and I add the scheduled ID and schedule period. In column C select the Schedule ID and set the status to pending in column B.





  1. Close the workbook, back in CodeBot, click the hamburger menu and click on start configuration. As the form populates, enter the SFSF password or check the login using SSO check box, type in the execution notes and check the **Benefits Schedule ** check box and click on confirm and start.





  1. Once the status is changed to processing, you can track the progess of the execution. To monitor please refer to the article attached below.

  1. Once the execution is complete open the workbook and notice that the schedule you added is highlighted in green, which means that it is successfully created in the instance.
