EC Benefits - Benefit Documentation

This article will help you in creating new Benefits Documentation using CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors.


Steps


  1. Login to your CodeBot account and Navigate to the EC Benefits module tile.



  1. Open your workspace and open a fully generated workbook, navigate to the **Benefits Documentation **tab.




  1. Here add a Short name **in column D, Effective from in column E, in column F and G add the information as per your need. Type in the **Document ID **in column C and set the status to **Pending in column B. Close the workbook.




  1. Back in CodeBot, click the hamburger menu and click on start configuration. As the form populates, enter yout sfsf password or check the "Login with SSO" check box. Enter the execution notes, check the **Benefits Documentations **check box and click confrm and start.




  1. As the status changes to process, you can monitor your execution. To track the progress of your execution please refer to the article attached below:

  1. Once the status is set to complete open the workbook and notice that the **Benefits Documentation **you added is now highlighted in green. Which means that it is successfully added to the instance.
