COMP - Copy Plan

The following article will help explain how you can copy a compensation template through SFCodeBot.

1. Navigate to CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors, and enter your login details.

2. On the Home screen, click on the Compensation module.

3. Select your workspace from the next screen.

4. Navigate to a generated workbook in this case iteration # 02. Click the sheet icon.

5. The workbook will appear in a new tab on your browser, navigate to the Copy Plan worksheet.

6. Insert an existing plan name in column E and same in column C and suggest a new name for this plan in Column F. Fill the remaining fields and set Processing Status to Pending as shown in the following images.

7. Close the workbook and navigate back to SFCodeBot. Click the hamburger icon under the Actions tab for the same iteration number. Select the Start Configuration.

8. The Start Configuration popup will emerge. Enter your credentials and some execution notes. Lastly, select the Copy Plan checkbox, and hit Confirm and Start button.

9. Later on, you can click the information icon to monitor the progress of your iteration. Screenshots will be visible once changes are successfully pushed to the instance.

10. Once the status shows complete, navigate to the workbook, and observe that a template has been copied successfully as the corresponding row has been highlighted in green. Meanwhile, the processing status has also automatically turned to Processed.

Note: You can verify this change by routing to Compensation Home on SAP Success Factors by typing your template name in the search bar.
